Privacy policy

This policy is for Apex, operated by WiSense LLC (“we”, “us”). It covers the Apex product, madewithapex.com, and text messages we send for independent businesses that use Apex.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Apex, we may collect:

• Account details for business owners and staff (name, email, phone).
• Guest details you type on a business’s Apex site (name, phone, order or quote notes, optional email or photos).
• The business content owners publish (menu, hours, address, photos).
• Technical logs needed to run the service (time, device, IP).

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Run the owner app and each business’s public site.
• Send transactional texts and emails the guest asked for — order updates, quote replies, reminders, and account or login messages.
• Process payments when a guest or owner chooses to pay through Apex.
• Keep the product working, secure, and supported.

Text messages and mobile information

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers and our texting provider (Twilio) receive the minimum needed to deliver a message you or the business initiated. That is delivery, not marketing list sharing.

Who else sees information

The business you ordered from or requested a quote from can see the details you submitted, so they can do the work. Payment processors see what they need to charge a card. Hosting and database providers store the service. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep account and order records while the business uses Apex and for a reasonable period afterward for support, bookkeeping, and legal holds. You can ask us to delete guest contact details that are not required to keep.

Your choices

• Text STOP to leave the messaging program.
• Owners can edit or unpublish their public site from the Apex app.
• Email nicholaswittle@wisensellc.com to ask what we hold or to request deletion.
